Show 1 Legion Stalks Big Prey In Carbon, Shost Contests The Roosevelt American Legion Le-gion basketball team clashes Monday night at 7:30 with Carbon Car-bon Junior college, leaders of the ICAC southern division. Thursday night, Dec. 16, at 9:15 p. m. they will play Fisher's Fish-er's Original Ghosts, winners of 65 games and losers of 2 this season. Both games will be played in the elementary gym. Starring for Carbon will be Geary McCandless, an all-state player at North Emery last year, and Tom Steele, top scorer scor-er in his league for the past two years. Reserved seats for the Carbon college game will go on sale Saturday at 8 a. m. at Uintah Power and Light, Steve and Ned's cafe, and Sinclair Service. Ser-vice. The Ghosts, one of the nation's na-tion's Mp teams, have been touring the United States, Canada, Can-ada, and Mexico regularly since 1932, with the exception of the war years.
