Show Roosevelt Jr. Ugh School Plans Undergo Change Plans for the new construction and remodeling at the Roosevelt Junior High School are being revised re-vised by the architect, Cannon and Mullen, of Salt Lake City. This announcement was made by Supt. Rowan C. Stutz of the Duchesne Du-chesne County School District following fol-lowing opening of the submitted bids for the contract under the original plans. Supt. Continued from Page 1 planned for the school. Upon examination of the bids, the school board found it necessary neces-sary to reject all bids and start revision of the plans for the school. Cost per square foot was more than $20 on the lowest bid submitted, sub-mitted, the superintendent said. State allocation for the project was $170,000 for new construction and $91,700 for remodeling, Supt. Stutz said. He said general plans of revision revis-ion are to reduce the square footage foot-age of the new construction and cut out some of the remodeling. It is expected that the revised plans will' be ready to advertise for bids on the school during January, Jan-uary, Supt. Stutz said. |
