Show Fourth Ward News A very fine program on "Reverence" "Rev-erence" was presented by the 4th ward Primary to members of the Special Interest class last Tuesday evening. Theme of the program was, "A Disciplined Child in Primary." Pri-mary." The program was under the direction of Agnes Birtcher, Primary president. Narrator was Mrs. Donna Swain. Several clever skits were given. Those participating participat-ing in these were: Agnes Birtcher, Jewell Reidhead, Florence Rock-wood, Rock-wood, Evelyn Schmiett, Beulah Pitt, Tommie Reidhead and Bishop Merlin Sullivan. Talks were given by Barbara Scholes, Florence Rockwood, Rex Curry and Jewell Reidhead. A larrx: number of parents were in attendance. Refreshments were served to the group by members of the Primary. Stake visitors present at MIA conference were President Hollis G. Hullinger, Dora Curry, activity counselor; Jean Eldredge, speech director; Evan Percival, superintendent superin-tendent of the YMMIA, and Blanche Murphy, president of the YWMIA. James Hall was sustained as activity ac-tivity counselor in the YMMIA and Dean Call was susained as Jr. Gleaner leader. She succeeds Rada Kowallis, who was recently sustained sus-tained as manual counselor. Other conference visitors were: Clifford Drollinger, Ezra Nixon, Lawrell Jensen, Ariel Michie, Junior Jun-ior Hicks and Ted Olpin. |
