Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that the Ouray Park Irrigation Company, B. O. Colton, Rosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from May 19, 1955 to May 19, 1960, in which to make and submit sub-mit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 9670 for the appropriation of 10,000 ac.-ft, of water from Whiterocks River in Uintah County, Utah, to be used for the irrigation of 8,000 acres of land. It is represented that approxi-1 mately $235,608.00 has been expended ex-pended on construction of canal system and appurtenant works under un-der this and related applications. It is estimated it will cost $12,-500.00 $12,-500.00 to complete the works and apply the water to beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before July 16, 1955. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer, 403, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., July 20, 1955. Protestants may appear at the hearing and adduce testimony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
