Show Ouray Flews Hazel C. Wardle SIXTH BIRTHDAY Miss Rosie Lu Searle celebrated celebrat-ed her 6th birthday by having a party. There were 20 guests present. pres-ent. Games were played and refreshments re-freshments of ice cream, cake and punch were served. Abe Hatch, of Willow Creek, was visiting in Vernal, Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Wardle are the parents of a 7 lb. baby boy, born June 8 at the Uintah Basin Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Donal Kolb were called to California due to the, illness of their son, Lloyd. Mrs. Ersel Sprouse and M. W. Wilson are taking care of the store in their absence. Mrs. Leona Jorgensen went to Vernal, Thursday, to help her daughter, Mrs. Nina Clark, move home. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Jorgensen have returned from a visit to Soda Springs, Idaho. Walt Stoddard and his nephew, Ray Stoddard, have gone to Lost Lake on a fishing trip. Mrs. Florence Hatch, of Vernal, is visiting with her daughter, Ila Fay Tomlinson on Green River. Mrs. Ben Slaugh, Mrs. Jennie Hall, Leah Marrel, Stella Freestone Free-stone and Olive Hacking visited at the home of Preston Searle, on Wednesday. Mrs. Ray Wardle, Mrs. Betty Jensen and Mrs. Hazel Wardle were visiting friends in Vernal, Thursday. Omni Winterton was a dinner guest at the Austin Wardle home, Thursday. Tom Jenks and daughter, Cecelia Ce-celia and Norma Jean LaRose were shopping in Vernal Thursday. Thurs-day. Miss Louise Porowinnee and Miss Ruth-Cohoe were in Roosevelt Roose-velt Wedneday. LIONS MEET Lewis Littleton entertained the Ouray-Randlett Lions Club at his home Thursday evening. A business busi-ness meeting was held and refreshments re-freshments served to 10 members.
