Show LAPOINT Mrs. Mabel Jenkins Falls Down Stairs Mrs. Ruby Justice met with an accident at Neola when she fell down the stairs. She' was taken to the LDS Hospital in Roosevelt. HeT head was cut quite badly. Mrs Justice, Mrs. Ora Swain attended at-tended a basketball game at Neola. The accident happened after the game. Mrs. Pearl Preece and daughter, Linda, and Mrs. Larry Preece' of Craig, Col.o. visited Monday with Mrs. Preece's parents, Mr. -and Mrs. Frank Jenkins, Sr., a sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Horrocks and family and a brother, Mr. and Mrs. David Jenkins. Merlin Watkins spent Thursday night with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Abplanalp and family of Vernal. Union High School held its annual an-nual hat day March 2. Angeline Savage won first prize1 by making her hat in a shape of a cougar's head. Helen Bigelow and Margaret Huber went to Salt Lake for the F.H.A. Club. Mrs. Dorothy Luck from Neola visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Caldwell and family on Tuesday. The MIA gave a Speech-Music festival Tuesday evening. Thelma Winn and Erya Huber represented the stake board. Mrs. Wilma Haslem from Alterra came over and got heT mother, Mrs, -Sarah Norton Monday evening. eve-ning.
