Show Advertisement For Bids Notice is hereby given, that the Board bf Education of Duchesne Du-chesne County at its offices in Duchesne, Utah, will receive bids for all of the labor and material required in the construction con-struction of an Addition to the Altamont High School Building, Altamont, Utah. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with Plans; Specifications, Specifi-cations, and other Contract Documents Doc-uments now on file with the Board of Education of Duchesne County and at the office of Fred L. M a r k h a m, Architect, 45 North University Avenue, Prove Pro-ve Utah. These Plans, Specifications, Specifi-cations, and Contract Documents may be examined and copies obtained at the office of the Board or the Architect upon1 receipt re-ceipt of $20.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded providing pro-viding bid is submitted in proper pro-per form and upon the return of such copies in good condition condi-tion within five (5) days after bids are opened. Bids to be separate for GENERAL, and ELECTICAL work. Notice is also hereby given that all bidders may submit with their bid, a sworn1 statement state-ment of their financial responsibility, respon-sibility, technical ability, and experience. Such sworn statement state-ment may be required to be furnished before award is made to any particular bidder. Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of th Clerk of the Board of Education of Duchesne County or at the office of the Architect, and shall be accompanied accom-panied by a certified or cashier's cash-ier's check or bid bond for five (5) per cent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the Board of Education Ed-ucation of Duchesne County, and shall be sealed and filed with the Clerk of said Board at the office of said Board, Wednesday, April 26, 1950, at 10:00 A. M., and will be opened and publicly read aloud at or i about 10:00 A. M. of that day j in the office of said Board. The above mentioned check or bond shall be given as a guarantee guar-antee that the bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and will be declared forfeited for-feited if the successful bidder refuses to enter into said contract con-tract after being requested so to do by said Board. The said Board reserves the right to accept any and to reject re-ject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty days after the date set for the opening open-ing thereof.
