Show Mrs. Garda Seeley Ward Conference Sees Few Changes Ward conference was held on Sunday afternoon in Sacrament meeting with Bishop Gardner Goodrich conducting. Each of the following gave a few remarks, re-marks, with Bishop Gardner Goodrich giving the annual report re-port of the ward: Counselors James I Bird and John Thorsen, Pres. Wm. Brotherson, Pres. Bernard Winkler, Pres. Leon Burton, Supt. Mac Burton, of the Sunday School; Mrs. Edna Hartman, representing the Stake Primary; Mrs. Hazel Goodrich of the Stake Y W M I A, and Mrs. Lois Goodrich of the Stak.? Relief Society board. A few changes were made in the ward organization. Lee Lis-onbee Lis-onbee is the second counselor in the Sunday School, replacing Anthon Rust, who has moved away, and Maxine Winkler is girls activity counselor in the Y W M I A. Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Lisonbes were very thrilled last weekend when they received a phone cali from their son, Jay, asking Uicm to meet him in Salt Lake ity. Jay is in military service stationed sta-tioned in California, and had a week-end pass. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Goodrich left last Monday moi..ug for Salt Lake City to go mrough the temple. Mrs. Zella Gooancn, Mrs. M. Verona Wm..ier and Mrs. Alice Mathews accompanied accompan-ied them. They also visited in Ogden before returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Goodrich, Good-rich, Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Hanberg and Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Shir-ley Williams attended a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny John-ny Lambert at Mt. Emmons Friday Fri-day evening. The party was given giv-en for the employees and partners part-ners of the Sweet Clover Creamery. Cream-ery. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Jenkins and son left Monday to make their home in Salt Lake City for the winter. Bruce Goodrich, a student at the Agricultural College, Logan, and Beth and Udell Winkler, who are attending the B Y U at Provo. are home for the holidays. |
