Show Women's Club At Fort Duchesne Elects Officers FT. In the business meeting which followed, the election of officers offi-cers for the coming year was held and resulted in Mrs. A. A. Perry . being elected president, Mrs. R. L. Beardall, Mrs. R. O. Curry and Mrs. Paul Howard as first, second and third vice-presidents, vice-presidents, respectively, and Mrs. Betty Miller, secretary-treasurer. secretary-treasurer. Mrs. Fred Hayne and Mrs. Lon A. Logan were hostesses hos-tesses for the evening. At the April 7th meeting of the club, Miss Beatrice String-ham, String-ham, of Vernal, Uintah County Elementary school supervisor, gave her most interesting illustrated illus-trated lecture of the trip she made last summer through Europe Eu-rope and the Holy Land. The business meeting was conducted by President Mrs. Elmer Denver, Den-ver, and she and Mrs. Perry were hostesses to members and guests present. |
