Show newlyweds, Mr. And Mrs. Leon Sprouse, Honored Newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Sprouse, were complimented compli-mented last Friday evening, April 23, at a wedding reception recep-tion at the Roosevelt stake house. Vows were pledged by the young couple in a ceremony held at Ely, Nevada, March 18. The new bride is the daughter of pale green taffeta, fashioned and the groom a son of Mr. and Mrs. Clive Sprouse, of Bridge-land. Bridge-land. For the reception the bride wore a ballerina length gown of pale green taffeta, washioned with a three-tiered skirt and matching bolero jacket. She had a corsage of yellow and white flowers. Guests were entertained by the following program numbers, num-bers, introduced by Miss Mau-rine Mau-rine Allred; Readings, Renae El-dredge El-dredge and Jeniel Smith, Hawaiian Ha-waiian dance, Mrs. Melvin Bird; vocal solos, Mr. and Mrs. Rex Taylor, Mrs. Dan Huber, Miss Louise Liddell and Miss Janice Nielson; dance numbers by the following students of Mrs. Carol Gardner: Mary Margaret Hor-rocks, Hor-rocks, Janice Marchant, Pat Harrison, Rebecca Johnson, Lorraine Lor-raine Oberhansley, Eva Milli-gan, Milli-gan, Betty McDonald, Sheri Larsen, Luane Larsen, Ronnie Larsen, Bonnie Eksund and Tommie Gardner. Dancing followed to Tal Wardle's orchestra. Gift room arrangements were "under the direction of Miss Beoma Moore, Miss Maura Hurley and Miss Gay Patry, and in charge of the serving were Mrs. Grant Marchant, Mrs. Lyle Larsen and Mrs. Bill Patry, assisted as-sisted by Alice Patry, Carol Memmott and Janice Marchant. A lace cloth covered the reception re-ception table, which was centered cen-tered with a four-tiered white wedding cake, decorated with pink roses and topped with a miniature bride and groom. Pink tapers in crystal holders were at either side. Assuming guest book signing duties were Mrs. Gilbert Mc-Kenna Mc-Kenna and Mrs. Louisa Camp-bell. Camp-bell. I |
