Show Upafco By Dixie Williams GO TO TEMPLE Mr. and Mrs. Lee Potts, Mr. and Mrs. Verl Roper, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Nelson, Jr., Mrs. Syvella Jo-hansen Jo-hansen and Mrs. Harley Evans all attended the Temple excursion in Salt Lake last week. Mrs. Reva Redding attended the wedding of her son and Miss Arva Tanner in the Manti Temple last week. Mrs. Ramola Rogers has returned re-turned from Salt Lake, where she has been ill. Brownie Knight has returned from the sheep camp, where he has been employed for the past month. Alvin Thacker made a trip to Salt Lake, Saturday. " Mr. and Mrs. Max Farnsworth, of Neola, Mr. and Mrs. Don Field-sted Field-sted of Roosevelt, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Allred of Altonah, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thacker of Talmage, spent the evening at the Elvin Thamker home Thursday. Miss Joyce Rogers, of Salt Lake City, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Milan Rogers over the weekend. Miss Dixie Williams attended the Speech Festival at Vernal, Friday. Those attending the Junior Prom at Altamont from Upalco were: Donald Durfey, Jon Rogers, Nona Mitchell, Robert Iorg, Marjorie Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Mar D. Mitchell. Shirley Williams, of Salt Lake, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Sam Williams, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Neal Knight, of Salt Lake, visited recently with Mr. and Mrs. Brownie Knight. Mrs. Novella Potts has returned from Salt Lake, where she has been visiting. Pfc. Gayle Williams is visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Williams, a few days before be-fore leaving for Alaska. Miss Linda Nelson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Nelson, Jr., has been visiting with her grandmother grand-mother in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Sharon Cummings of Roosevelt, visited in Upalco Sunday. |
