Show VIOLET M. CUCH BENNETT Funeral Services were held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Bennett ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for Mrs. Violet Mountain Cuch, 23, native of Utahn, who died Friday at 6. a.m. in the Roosevelt Roos-evelt Hospital following a lingering linger-ing illness. Bishop John Haslem was in charge of the services, with the Indian Mission presidency participating on the program. Mrs. Cuch -was born in Utahn Nov. 15, 1931, a daughter Of James and Sarah Colrow Mountain. She was married to Robert Lee Cuch Feb. 7, 1951 in an impressive ceremony cere-mony held in the Duchesne LDS stake house, sponsored by the Indian In-dian Mission. She is a graduate of the Duchesne High School and the LDS Seminary, and lived in Utahn until last year when she and her husband moved to Bennett. Ben-nett. She is survived by her husband, Bennett; her parents . of Utahn; three sisters, Mrs. Thorns (Arlene) Appah, Duchesne; Lillian and Sly-via Sly-via Rose; and a brother, Richard, all of Utahn. Burial was in the Fort Duchesne cemetery under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary of Roosevelt. MICHAEL IVIE STRAWBERRY Funeral services ser-vices for Michael Ivie, 16-month-old son of Raleigh R. and Dora May Mott Ivie, were conducted Feb. 4 at the Strawberry L.D.S. ward .chapel. The baby, born Oct. 8, 1953 in Roosevelt, died Feb. 1 at he family home after a brief illness. Survivors are: his parents; brothers and sisters: Russell, Den-1 nis, Rodger, Patsy, Keith, Suzzan; one grandmother, one grandfather, Mrs. Annie Mott, Spring City, Sanpete County, and James G. Ivie, Duchesne. |
