Show 1 1H. CtiwcnJ Mrs. Grant Hansen Reception, Dance Honor Mr. & Mrs. Doyle Swallow A wedding reception and dance were held in Mt. Emmons Em-mons on Friday, Sept. 5, to hon or Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Swallow, who were married in the Idaho Falls Temple on Aug. 22. The bride wa3 beautifully attired at-tired in a white dress of nylon lace and satin fashioned with a lace yoke and sleeves daintily pointed at the wrists. Her veil was fingertip length and her bouquet was of red roses and white carnations. Out-of-town guests who attended at-tended the reception and danco were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Swal low, parents of the g'room, and the Misses Donna and Ella Fay Swallow, sisters of the groom, all from Mayfield; Mr. and Mrs. Russell Williams and sons, Sam and Claude, of Price; Mr. and Mrs. Chad Snedegar, Mrs. Clyde Snedegar, Provo; Mr. and Mrs. Vern Titcomb, Roosevelt; and Mr. and Mrs. Arzy Mitchell, Mit-chell, of Duchesne. A short program was present ed, including two vocal solos by Curtis Dastrup, "Always," and "Wedding Bells Are Breaking Break-ing Up That Old Gang Of Mine." vocal duets by Peggy Case and Lorraine Dastrup, "I Love You Truly," and "La Gol-ondrlna" Gol-ondrlna" (The Swallows); a vocal vo-cal solo by Miss Karen Hansen, and a piano solo by Miss Donna Swallow. The new couple had a week's honeymoon in Yellowstone National Na-tional Park and are now residing resid-ing in the Lynden Hansen apartments. apart-ments. Mr. and Mrs. Bovee Mecham and family spent a week recently recent-ly visiting relatives in Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Lambert were in Salt Lake last Thursday Thurs-day and Friday, where they attended at-tended the wedding reception for Mrs. Lambert's twin sister ! and her husband, Mr. and Mrs Joseph M. Reed. Mrs. Lambert ; attended her sister as matron , of honor. |
