Show Polio Campaign Will Start January Second According to Mrs. Dwain Buchanan, Bu-chanan, Roosevelt City chairman, chair-man, the annual polio campaign will start as per schedule with the national program on Friday, Jan. 2, when posters and the iron-lung containers will be distributed. dis-tributed. The Harrison Theatre enterprises enterpris-es have been most cooperative in giving time to show a polio trailer at the theatre prior, to the collection. There will be special activities activ-ities throughout the month to emphasize the importance of the drive, such as a skit to be presented pre-sented at the half of the opening open-ing league basketball game on Jan. 2 by the school chairman, Mrs. Kent Johansen, and the activity ac-tivity chairman, Mrs. Don Crittenden. Crit-tenden. To climax the campaign, thera will be the Mothers' Porchlight Parade. on Jan. 30. under the direction' di-rection' of the Socialette Club, with Mrs. Wayne Carle as chair man. Mrs. Anthon B. Christensen, announced that Duchesne is being be-ing well organized and that olans will commence there the first part of next week, under the leadership of Mrs. Dorothea Allred.
