Show 6,080 lu Plotless Mh& T Signers -lit County Property More than 6,000 tax notices were received by property owners own-ers in Duchesne county this week. Mailing of the last of these 1951 tax notices was completed com-pleted on Oct. 11, reports Florence Flor-ence Poulson, county treasurer. Taxes are now due and payable pay-able at the county treasurer s office, and those yet unpaid become be-come delinquent at noon on November 30. All delinquent taxes will be subject to a penalty of 2 of the amount of the taxes levied if payment is made after the delinquent date. Tax sales will be made on all property not paid on or before January 10, 1952, as provided by law, Mrs. Poulson Poul-son said. No redemption certificates certifi-cates will be issued on the last three days of current tax collections, col-lections, taxpayers are reminded remind-ed the treasurer stated. Positively no postage stamps are accepted in payment or part payment of taxes; and personal checks are accepted on a collection col-lection basis only. All persons whose mailing address ad-dress is different than that shown on their tax notice, should immediately report such change to the Duchesne county assessor, Duchesne, Utah. |
