Show Activity In District Court A report has been received of activities in the Fourth Judicial Court at Duchesne, Utah for the month of April. Lisonbee, James Condie, etc. Foreclosure Fore-closure and judgment against Clyde R. Lisonbee and Carole M. Lisonbee, Hosea L. and Mary L. Lisonbee, for $10,285.51, interest 5 from date, $1,000 attorney fees, $7.50 abstracting fee, $739.99 costs. Concerns promissory note dated Dec. 16, 1952, and portion of mortage property is described as SWV4, Si2SEi4, NW14 and Wy2NEi4, Sec. 15, SE14SW14, Sec. 10, all in T. 2 S., R. 3 W., USM.
