Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Dry Gulch Irrigation Company, by L. M. Angus, Secretary, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, a request for an extension of time from April 14, 1956 to April 14, 1958, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 8330 for the appropriation of 1000 ac.-ft. of water from the Uintah River to be stored in Montez Reservoir Res-ervoir and used to irrigate 5,400 acres of land. It is represented that all construction con-struction work has been completed at a cost of $125,000.00 and water is being placed to beneficial use. It is estimated it will cost $500.00 to measure the water and to prepare pre-pare proof of beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before June 23, 1956. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. July 13, 1956.
