Show r.i o n T 17 E L L By Bettie Mower Mr. and Mrs. Don Lougee and daughter, Bonnie Kay, of Logan, are visiting with Mr and Mrs. Melvin Mower and family this week. Miss Loene Powell, who is employed in Salt Lake City, is home spending her vacation. Guy Thompson, Eldon Thompson Thomp-son and Gary Brown spent several sev-eral days fishing at Heller's Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Larsen and sons, Dennis and Terry and Mrs. Mary Roberts and family spent five days last week visiting visit-ing friends and relatives around Teton Basin in Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson Thomp-son spent July 24th in Bluebell visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Claude Allred. Miss Rosalee Brown spent the weekend in Vernal, , visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Ray Searles and family. Karen and Dianne Mower returned re-turned home Saturday, after spending the last five weeks in Logan visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Don Lougee. The girls' softball team played Myton, Friday evening at Neola, losing the game 26-20. Speakers at Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday evening were: Kar en Nelson, Ina Lee Shaw, Arvin Hullinger, William Blanchard, and Bishop James Hamblin. Mr. and Mrs. James Hamblin and family, Mr. and Mrs. George Hunt and family, Myron Has-lem Has-lem of Bennett, and Mary, Vivian Viv-ian and Joyce Hamblin attended attend-ed the Hunt reunion in Mill Creek Canyon, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday afternoon they visited in Murray with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Hamblin and Mrs. Annie An-nie Millan. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Brown visited in Bennett Sunday evening eve-ning with Mr. and Mrs.- George Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Les Kerr have moved to Medicine Bowl, Wyo., where Les has been transferred. He works for the Utah Oil Co. A Brown reunion was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Brown on the 24th of July. |
