Show Stake Has Party The Moon Lake Stakes 30th Anniversary Trail Builders' Fun-Da-Lay was held at the Blueell, Ward chapel on Wednesday, under the direction of Mrs. Ilez Ames of Altonah, Jennie Goodrich, the Bluebell Stake Guide Leaders, Lucille Lu-cille Winkler, Stake Trekker Leader, Lead-er, Rayda Stevenson, Stake Blazer Blaz-er Leader, twelve Guides, four Trekkers and twelve Blazer Boys participating. The Guides represented Indians; the Trekkers represented boys of 1925, and the Blazers represented boys of today. Elder Boyd Goodrich was an Indian Chief; Mrs. Nyberg of Mt. Home was narrator, and Chad Winkler was a 1925 Trailbuilder. Lois Goodrich led, the games. Delicious refreshments were enjoyed en-joyed by all present, and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. There were 45 at the affair. HAYRACK PARTY The following young people enjoyed en-joyed a "Hayrack Ride" Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon: Jeanne Seeley, La Ree Larsen, Phyllis Powell, Jean Remington, Dianne Thomas, Rosie Bird, Morris Goodrich, Chad Winkler, Wink-ler, Kirk Larsen, Dennis Thomas and Pres. Bernard Winkler.. This was Mrs. Zella Goodrich's Sunday Sun-day School class, and she accompanied accomp-anied them. Following the "Ride," the group enjoyed a swim and then ate watermellon. |
