Show Wedding Bells Sling For Popular Couple Wedding bells rang last Saturday, Satur-day, July 23, at 3:30 p.m. for Miss June Robbins and Larry Pearson, who exchanged marriage vows in a double ring ceremony, performed by Justice of the Peace Orin Swain. The marriage took place at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Robbins of Roosevelt. Roose-velt. The bridegroom is the son of Mr., and Mrs. Mel Pearson of Hayden. For the wedding the bride chose a white nylon ballerina length gown and had a corsage of yellow roses. Her only attendant was her sister, Miss Helen Robbins, who wore a yellow nylon afternoon frock. Assuming best man duties was LaMar Richman of Roosevelt. A lovely luncheon was served the bridal group following the ceremony, after which the newly-weds newly-weds left for a brief honeymoon trip. They will make their home in Roosevelt, where Mr. , Pearson is employed by McKinlay Motor Co. and the new bride by Huish Drug Co. The bride graduated with the class of '54 from Union High School and the bridegroom was released last fall after serving four years with the U. S. Air Force, spending part of the time on overseas duty in Japan and England. Eng-land. A reception honoring the young couple will be held Wednesday evening, Aug. 3, at the home of the bride's parents. |
