Stevenson Steven-son at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jessen Friday night were Mr. and Mrs. Art Mohlman, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Bleazard, Joan Bleazard and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Stevenson, of Salt Lake City; Nelda Beal, Shirley and Wilma Myer, Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs. Buster Stevenson, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Alexander, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Stevenson and family, of Mt. Home; Mr. and Mrs. Guy Lindsey, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bleazard. of Talmage; Mr. and Mrs. Dorr Brotherson, Dorothy Brotherson, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Mar-tin Brotherson, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jessen, William Jessen. of Boneta; Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Call, of Myton, and Levi J. Ander-ton. Ander-ton. Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Ames are the proud grandparents of twin boys born August 14 to Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wirthlin, of Salt Lake City. Mrs.- Wirthlin is the former form-er Anna Fae Ames, of Altonah. The Wirthlins have one other little boy, Marc, who is visiting his grandparents. Mars Larsen, of the ' Utah Livestock Cimmission, of Salt Lake City, transacted business at the Gilbert Beebe ranch Saturday. Sat-urday. Mrs. Dallas Ames, Mrs. Lee Jessen and Mrs. Dewey Jessen Jes-sen made a trip to Salt Lake City on Monday of last week. Milton Anderson went to He-ber He-ber Monday to get his children, who had been visiting their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Mayhew. Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Adams and sons, of Salt Lake City, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Perkins. Russell Harrison, of Salt Lake City, and Ivan May, of Ogden, agents for the Commercial Travelers Trav-elers Insurance Company were in Altonah during the week to enlist qualified individuals in its hospital and surgical plan. Mrs. Madelyn Perkins accompanied accom-panied hir mother, Mrs. Lnlis Wilkins, and her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wilkins, of Salt Lake City, on a 10-day tour of San Francisco, and other California points. She returned home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Verl Olsen, of Carbon County visited Mr. and Mrs. Ed Olsen Tuesday night. They attended the funeral services ser-vices for Ren Fenn at Roosevelt Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. George Fisher, Jr. and family, attended the Maxfield reunion at Lagoon Sunday, Sun-day, August 17. Mrs. Wm. Ralphs and Mrs. Vendetta Clark accompanied them as far as Lehi. Le-hi. where they will visit Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Powell whue Mrs. Ralphs receives medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Collard and family, of Richmond, California, visited relatives in Altonah and Boneta during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Evan Mecham and family, of Phoenix, Arizona, is here visiting Mrs. Mecham s father, Clyde Lambert. Mrs. Florence Carter, of Salt Lake City, visited her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Mohlman, for several days. Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Snyder and daughter, of Sand Point, Idaho, and Mrs. Robert Snyder Sny-der and family, of Springville, visited recently with their mother, moth-er, Mrs. Elva Snyder, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. D.ru Allred and family and Joan Carroll went to Salt Lake City Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Berrett, of Jlangely, Colo., spent the weekend with relatives. They also attended the wedding dance and reception for Mrs. Berrett's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Allred, in Upalco Saturday night. Mrs. Mary Bowden accompanied accompan-ied her sons, Lionel Bowden and Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Bowden, Bow-den, of Gusher, to the Jacobso-i family reunion held Saturday at Satagoa resort on Utah Lake. They returned home Sunday. One hundred forty-seven per-i sons were in attendance. Mrs. Glade Timothy and new baby daughter were able to come home from the Roosevelt Hospital the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Olsen attended at-tended the Olsen familv reunion at Mud Springs in Indian Canyon, Can-yon, recently. |
