Show New MIA Leaders Named For Roosevelt Second Bishop E. J. Nixon of the Roosevelt L.D.S. Second ward this week announced the reorganization reor-ganization of the second ward I Young Men's and Young Women's Wom-en's Mutual Improvement associations, as-sociations, effective as of June 1, when the new officers will assume their duties. Officers and leaders who were sustained at Sacrament meeting last Sunday evening were: Marion Mar-ion Bowman, president of the Y. W.M.I. A.; Dwain Buchanan, activity counselor; Douglas Hen-rie, Hen-rie, manual counselor; Ted Ol-pin, Ol-pin, scout master, and Ben Turner, Turn-er, assistant scout master. Sustained to direct activity for the Y.W.M.I.A. were Faye Peterson, president; Martha Shanks, age group counselor; Grace Bowman, activity counselor; counsel-or; Venice Bascom, M.I. A. secretary-treasurer; Ruth Wills, attendance at-tendance secretary; Rhoda Rudy, speech director; Jessie Bastian and Lillian Christensen, drama co-directors; Barbara Lowe and Mary Ellen Gardner, music co-directors; co-directors; Dorothy Dean Nixon and Marilyn Anderson, pianists.
