Show Funeral Services Held Today For Gun Shot Victim Funeral services were held today to-day at 2 p.m. in the Myton L. D. S. chapel for Otto William Nielson, 51. who was found dead in his ranch home near.Mt. Emmons Em-mons early Monday morning by a son-in-law, Donald Mecham, results of a gun shot wound. Bishop Glen A. Gilbert conducted conduct-ed the services. A verdict of "accidental death" was returned by a cor-onor's cor-onor's jury headed by James R. Hall, county attorney. Mr. Nielson was born in Vernal, Ver-nal, June 8, 1899, a son of Joseph S. and Nancy Jane Hamilton Ham-ilton Nielson. He was reared in Vernal and attended Uintah county schools. He married Lyd-ia Lyd-ia Green Aug, 28, 1918 in Duchesne. Du-chesne. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Surviving are his widow, three sons and eight daughters: Bonnie and Twilla Nielson. My ton; Mrs. Audra Sheldon, Lake-port, Lake-port, Calif.; Mrs. lone Mace, Whiterocks: Mrs. Carma Hacking, Hack-ing, Lapoint; Mrs. Retha Ras-mussen, Ras-mussen, Jensen; Mrs. Venice , Mecham, Bluebell; William Niel-, son, Heber; Colin and Ermond Nielson, Myton. Other survivors include, two brothers: Emery Nielson, Myton; G. J. Nielson, Dolores. Colo.; a half-brother, James Summers, Duchesne; four sisters. Mrs. Hazel' Woodhouse. Starbuck, Wash.; Mrs. Pearl Johnson, Mountain Home, Ida.; Mrs. Ora Holgate, Arcadia; Mrs. Violet Ross, Castle Gate. Burial was in the Roosevelt cemetery under the direction of the Dillman mortuary.
