Show Lccton-Dcnnett Dclma Long Mr. and Mrs. Elsworth Holft and daughter, Lorraine, of San Francisco, Cal.. visited at the W. Long home Monday. Mrs. Long- is Mr. Holft's aunt. County Sheriff Herb Snyder, of Vernal, visited with J. Perry Bowan one day last week. Mr. Bowan has been confined to his home on account of ill health. Mrs. Horace Coltharp went to Salt Lake last week for medical med-ical treatment. Garr Bolton made the trip with the Young Farmers of this area to tour Utah on an agricultural agricul-tural inspection jaunt. Mr, and Mrs. J. A. Houston made a business trip to Provo one day last week. They visited vis-ited their daughter, Mrs. Carl Lindley. and family while there. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Haslam visited Mr. Haslam's mother, Mrs. Alice Haslam, in Vernal Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Horrocks, Hor-rocks, of Vernal, visited Bishop and Mrs. Otis Horrocks. Saturday. Satur-day. They also visited Mrs. Horrocks Hor-rocks brother, Clair Haslam, and family. Mrs. Mark Oberhansley visited visit-ed her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Perry Bowan, Sunday. The M.I.A. gave an interesting interest-ing program in Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday evening, under the direction of Orvie Bowden, the M-Men president. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Horrocks, Hor-rocks, of Lapoint, have had the house moved from their farm at Lapoint to their farm here. They intend to make their home here in the near future. is being- treated at the L.D.S. hospital in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Max Gardner and family went to Salt Lake last week to take Maxine. She hopes to find employment there. Gloria Dye entertained a few friends at a birthday party, Sunday. Sun-day. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grover Dye. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Goodrich and family, of Tridell, and Mr. and Mrs. Petro Forakis, of Whiterocks, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Eksund, Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Reed McKee and family, of Tridell, were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Grover Dye. |
