Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Ouray Park Irrigation Company, Com-pany, by B. O. Colton, Engineer, Engi-neer, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request re-quest for an extension of time from December 5, 1953, to December De-cember 5, 1960, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation ap-propriation of water under Applications Ap-plications Nos. 10111 and 10111-a, 10111-a, each for the appropriation of 95 sec-ft. of water from White-rocks White-rocks River in Uintah County to be diverted through the Ouray Ou-ray Park Irrigation Company Canal System and used for irrigation ir-rigation purposes. It is represented that $188,-000.00 $188,-000.00 has been expended on construction of the Irrigation Company's canal diverting water from Whiterocks River under these and related applications. All construction work has been completed, but it is estimated it will cost approximately $20,-000.00 $20,-000.00 to' recondition canal so as to obtain full beneficial use nf t.hp water. All protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before January 16, 1954. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. January 21, 1954. Protestants Protes-tants may appear at the hearing hear-ing and adduce testimony in support sup-port of their protests. JOSEPH M.
