Show Basin Driefs The second annual reunion of the 145th Field Artillery, World War I association, will be held Saturday, Nov. 12, at the New-house New-house hotel. Salt Lake City. Weekend guests at the Paul Murphy home were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Lublin, of Provo, and Mr. and Mrs. Pedigo Voll, of Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Hormel Jolley, of Vernal, Mr. and Mrs. S. Karl Hopkins and Emmett Clayton, of Layton, and Mr. and Mrs. James Martin, of Denver, visited visit-ed over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Fretwell. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Richman and daughter, and party of four, from Provo, spent the weekend with Mr. Richman's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Richman. Joanne Walton, Joyce Jordan and Garry Mullins, of Roosevelt, and Hal Helphrey, of Ft. Duchesne, Du-chesne, arrived from Wasatch Academy, Friday evening, to spend the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Walton, Mr. and Mrs. Ray S. Jordan and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Helphrey. They all returned to school Monday, motoring to Provo Pro-vo to catch the Mt. Pleasant bus. Yvonne Fretwell, a student at Wasatch Academy, Mt. Pleasant, Pleas-ant, came home Friday to spend the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Fretwell. She motored to Ogden with her father fath-er Monday morning for a short visit with relatives, before returning re-turning to school. Mrs. Wong C. Wing', of Ft. Duchesne, motored to Denver Saturday with Rodney Perry. They returned Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Olpin leit by plane Saturday morning to visit in Chicago with Mrs. Ol-pin's Ol-pin's parents. They were accompanied accom-panied by Mrs. Olpin's sister, Mrs. Pearl Patheri, of Idaho. Junior Hicks, a student at BYU spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reed i Hamilton. |
