Show ANGIE UTT SHAVANAUX Mrs. Angie Utt Shavanaux died Tuesday, March 25. at 1:40 p. m. at the Uintah Indian Hospital, Hos-pital, Fort Duchesne, following an extended illness. She was born Dec. 20, 1913 on the Ute Reservation, the daughter of John and Annie Utt. She received her education educa-tion at the Whiterocks Boarding Board-ing School and at the Sherman Institute, Riverside, California. In July 1932, she married Connie Shavanaux in Randlett. She was a member of the Episcopal Epis-copal Church. Survivors besides her husband hus-band include five sons: Ervin, who is attending Union High School; Charles, Darrell and Dale Whiterocks Boarding School; Edmund, Randlett; one daughter, Corrine, a student at the Phoenix Indian School; one brother and two sisters: Lee Pokerjack, Tooele; Mrs. Bessie Pantaloon and Mrs. Cecilia Jake, Cedar City. Funeral services were held in the Episcopal Church Friday and burial was in the Randlett Rand-lett Cemetery, under the direction direc-tion of Dillman Mortuary. |
