Show PROCLAMATION UTE INDIAN TRIBE FISH AND CAME DEPARTMENT FORT UTAH the Fish and Game Board of the Ute Indian Tribe has made investigations and has received recommendations from members of the state and Federal technicians and Tribal and wc have agreed among ourselves that the seasons for the hunting of and and regulations to so hunt as set forth are in the best interest of the public and tribal interest and and will not be detrimental to the conservation of wildlife on the Uintah and Ouray BE IT RESOLVED AND PROCLAIMED BY THE UTE FISH AND GAME THAT by virtue of authority vested in this Board by delegation from the Uintah and Ouray Tribal Business Committee under Ordinance dated October approved by the Secretary of the the following rules and regulations for the hunting and taking by the non-members of the Ute Indian Tribe of and partridge on the Tribal lands of of the Ute Indian Tribe and lands of members thereof shall be as Beginning at noon on October and continuing through January during the hours of sunrise and sunset each with bag and species authorized to be taken identical with the regulations adopted by the Utah State Fish and Game Commission for Uintah and Duchesne subject to the procurement and possession of a Utah State License to so hunt waterfowl together with the procurement and possession of a Federal Waterfowl Stamp and subject also to the purchase of a Ute Indian Tribal Other miscellaneous provisions applicable to hunting by non-Indians as prescribed for non-Indian land by the Utah State Fish and Commission or Federal Law shall apply to non-members of the Ute Indian Tribe hunting on Indian and provided that the hours of shooting on November shall be from A.M. to sunset in conformity to hours proclaimed by the State on this Beginning at closing at on November and continuing through November during the hours of A.
