Show OF THE WEEK A delightful and refreshing summer luncheon mold is the Salmon Cottage Cheese Supreme which was submitted by Mary Lois home demonstration who suggests that since this is Dairy we should use more of the dairy which are so SALMON-COTTAGE CHEESE SUPREME to 10 Cheese gelatin 2 cold milk i CUP nt- milk 3 cups sieved cottage cheese minced onion salt Soak gelatin in cold milk and dissolve in hot Combine with remaining Chill until mixture begins to Pour into cold Salmon 2 cups flaked red salmon i cup mayonnaise i cup finely chopped celery 1 lemon juice gelatin 2 cold water Combine celery and lemon Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 then dissolve over hot Add to salmon Pour over cheese When set on large platter ancl garnish with watercress and tomato |
