| Show prominent couple wed at monroe A marriage of interest throughout sevier county took place this morning at ten when lewis W jones and mrs clara paxton both of monroe were wed at the jones home in br monroe onroe judge N J bates a brother of the bride performed ed the ceremony in the pr presence e sen ce of the immediate families the couple left immediately after the ceremony for a wedding trip through northern utah and idaho they will be at home in monroe after two weeks mrs paxton who Is active in the club and other organizations izat ions in monroe has been the monroe correspondent to the reaper for a number of years and has been librarian at monroe the past two years mr jones has a wide acquaintance from his services as president of the sevier district board of education president of the otter creek reservoir co and in varius other capacities he is worshipful master of hiram lodge no 12 F A M 11 |
