| Show 1 BICKNELL I 1 by special correspondent 0 the graduation e exercises for the wayne high school were held here friday evening william H boyl of the brigham ighani Br young university ad addressed the graduates janice of lynian gave the valedictory address the graduates were bernice jackson eva baker mildred ames reva jackson eldonia cook bernice coombs alma al tay taylor or alvin taylor lloyd cha chappell pell and janice droyd OI the english D class of wayne high school staged an original play play here wednesday evening the play entitled the original senorita was written and produced under the direction of the class teacher mrs A C tillman and dedicated to miss aliss ann snow superintendent erin crin of the wayne district schools the imperial players presented t wo plays pi ays at bicknell monday and tuesday mr and mrs leroy groberg left for provo saturday they will attend the B Y U during the spring quarter miss aliss margaret jackson left saturday for her home in leota accompanying compa nying her father J W jackson who visited relatives here margaret attended the wayne high school the past term mrs irene hess music instructor in wayne high school left for her h home 0 me in ogden sunday mr air and mrs grant chappell of lyman are the parents of a baby girl bom boin to them at the bicknell hospital wednesday mr and mrs airs geo C brinkerhoff mrs melinda mangum and W D brinkerhoff of bicknell narrowly escaped death when the car they were riding in turned over on the grade at burrville Burr ville the car was completely demolished the occupants escaped with avith only minor injuries they were returning from an excursion to the manti temple mr and mrs H leon ivie ivic left fo for r their home at american fork saturday |
