Show WATER CASE STILL IN COURT The big Clear Creek water case is still occupying the attention of Judge Chrlstensen in the District Court. Last evening the plaintiff rested and this morning the first witness for the defense was permitted to give testimony. testi-mony. Just how long the case will continue, cannot be stated. Because of the desire for a short postponment to enable more witnesses witnes-ses to come, the hearing in the water case was held 'Up on Wednesday and the case of Dr. W. D. Henderson vs. Dr. A. L. Brown was taken up and testimony taken but the case was not finished because of the resumption resump-tion of the water suit on Thursday morning. Judge Christensen is still wrestling wrest-ling with the Clear Creek water case. A great many of the residents of that district are in the city to give testimony testi-mony and it required a long time to get the history of the use to which the water in question has been put so it may yet be a number of days before be-fore the matter is decided.
