Show Steam Pump Working Under WaTer During the recent floods in Ohio a steam pump located on the bank of the Mahoning River, at Youngs-town, Youngs-town, worked continuously and successfully when submerged in from 3 to 6 ft of water, says the Aughst Popular Mechanics Magazine.
