Wood McClave, Re-I Re-I publican candidate for congress in a special election to be held in the Sixth New Jersey district next Tuesday, came to Washington Friday night and told the senate lobby investigating committee that Martin M. Mulhall, late "lobbyist" for the National Association of Manufacturers, had prejured himself him-self in his testimony before the committee. com-mittee.
