Show Arrangements Made For Decoration Day The Committee appointed by Mayor May-or James W. Andefson to arrange for an apporpriate program for Decoration Dec-oration Day have submitted the following fol-lowing to be carried out at the Assembly As-sembly Hall at 10 o'clock a. m., on Friday morning May 30th. Singing, 8th Grade Public School Invocation, Rev. John Meeker. Singing, 8th Grade ' Opening Address, Lieutenant Geo. Christensen Cornet Solo, Francis Ericksen. Vocal Music, Wasatch Girls' Chorus Oration, Hon. J. W. Cherry Vocal Solo, Mrs. Beatrice Proctor Instrumental music, J. M. Boyden and others Vocal Music, Wasatch Chorus Benediction, Rev. John Meeker Immediately after the close of the meeting a parade will be formed at the corner of First South and State Streets. Company D will be out in full dress uniform together with all the old soldiers of the to.w.n. The committee in charge consist-; ing of Capt. Thomas Braby, chair-, man; Miss Hilda Madsen and A. Mcrz invite all the various organizations organi-zations of the city together with the schools to participate in the parade.. After forming a parade at this place jail will march to the cemetery. |
