Mr. Roy Black snd Miss Hazel i Robinson, two of Spring City's young people were married October 8. A reception was given at the home of the bride, at which a great many relatives and friends were present. Ray Blain who has been away for some moths has returned home for the winter. Quite a number of Spring Cily people peo-ple took advantage of the reduced railroad fare and attended the L. D. S. Conference and State Fair at Salt Lake. Robt. Blain, J. M. Blain, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph G. Schcfield and Mrs. Diantha Allred were among the visitors. Mrs. Lavina B. Rassmussen returned re-turned from Salt Lake yesterday and brought a complete line of Winter Millinery. The work on the new cement walks is progressing nicely. About five blocks have been completed and the work will be speedily finished, provided pro-vided the cold weather does not prevent pre-vent it. Mr, and Mrs. Jas. Jensen and Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Johnson came up from Manti to attend the Wedding reception of Koy Black and Hazel Robinson. "The Strenth of Men," a thrilling story of the North Woods; a Vita-graph Vita-graph 2-reel special feature will be shown at the Opera House tonight. Also a good Edison comedy. Miss Lois Allred will sing an illustrated song.r-adv. |
