Show NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS Mr. and Mrs. F. C. Jensen and daughter, Winifred, left Wednesday for San Diego and expect to spend the winter in Southern California. Amos Anderson of Fairview and Miss Lydia Matson, daughter of Peter Pe-ter Matson, of Mount Pleasant, were married in the Manti Temple Wednesday, December 20. The young couple left for Salt Lake City yesterday yes-terday for a short visit with friends. They will make their future home at Driggs, Idaho. The greatest musical treat probably probab-ly ever heard here was furnished the local people last Monday evening when the American Theater Symphony Sym-phony Orchestra gave a concert and dance at the Armory hall. A good crowd enjoyed the treat. All the school teachers of the county coun-ty and also the state are attending the institute being held at Salt Lake City this week. A special train was run by the D. &.. R. G. Co. from Sanpete San-pete valley to carry the teachers to the city. |
