Mrs. Wm. Cheney is visiting relatives rela-tives and friends in Fairview. Ross Tucker and Lewis Jensen left for Wyoming last week to shear sheep. Martin Nordstrom and Mrs. Ellen Peterson were married in the Mant' Temple Wednesday June the 11th. Their many friends wish them sue cess and happiness. There have been three weddings here the past week and cupid says there will be a half dozen more ere the month is out. Mrs. Hattie Bigler of Moroni spent the past two weeks with her foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Niels Lasson. On Sunday she was taken to the Winters Win-ters hospital with a bad case of appendicitis. ap-pendicitis. She is reported to be in serious condition. The Fairview and Moroni teams played a lively game of ball on the sixih which resulted in a score of 3 to 13 in favor of the home boys. A game will be played on the 14th, between be-tween Fairview and the Twentieth Infantry of Fort Douglas. The Ladies Literary club met at the home of Mrs. Harry Rasmussen June 5th. After the usual hour of needle work, an interesting meeting was held. One new member was accepted. ac-cepted. Dainty refreshments wer served.
