Water Supplv Surface wells and ditches are dangerous, dan-gerous, and should be abandoned wherever possible. This is especial-1 especial-1 ly true in towns in which there are cesspools. Such towns will be se-verly se-verly scored. j . Towns having a water supply derived de-rived from a stream should provide ! for , strict patrol and regulations to prevent contamination; and in cases where the stream cannot be efficiently efficient-ly guarded from sewage contamination, contamina-tion, a filtration or purification plant should be installed. ; Towns in which a water system is . under construction or already provided for, -will receive credit in the scoring. . - Stables and Corrals I Manure should not be permitted to remain in stables or1 corrals longer than eight days, unless carefully enclosed en-closed in a box,- In-order to prevent the propogation of flies, and on the efficiency with which this measure is enforced will depend the score.
