Show I : VICTOR BEAN KILLED WHILE LOGGING Victor E. Bean of La Grand Oregon, Ore-gon, was instantly killed last Saturday Satur-day by being hit on the head by a log while separating logs near a sawmill on the Grand Ronde river. He was well known here, having resided in Ephraim several years ago. He was a son of the late George Bean, and a brother of Mrs. Parley P. Peterson of this city. Mr. Bean was about 52 years old, and is survived by a widow and several children who reside re-side in La Grand where the family made their home for the last ten years, Ephraim Enterprise, July 31. |
