Show Johnson Introduces Bill For A federal Building Build-ing At Ephraim Judge Jacob Johnson, Representative Represent-ative in Congress from the state of Utah, introduced a bill in the House of Representatives providing for the purchase of a site and the erection erect-ion of a building thereon at Ephraim Utah and making appropriation for the same. 'this building is to be used by the United States as a Post Office, of ficesfor its Forest Service, and such other governmental purposes as may be determined upon. The cost of the site shall not exceed the sum of $5,000. As soon as asite has been selected and an approved title secured the Secretary of the Treasury will cause ij to be erected a suitable building, fireproof vaults, heating and venti-ating venti-ating appratus, and approaches as he may deem necessary, and upon such plans and specifications as he may d-termine. The cost of the building snail not exceed the sum of $50,000. |
