Show Dr. R. Gledhill made two professional profess-ional trips to Kimberly during the last week. Dr. Gledhill has the dis tinction of being the first person to run an automobile into Kimberly. On one of his visits he was accompanied accompa-nied by his wife and little daughter, and the three rode in the machine right into upper Kimberly, experiencing experi-encing no trouble whatever. Rich-rfield Rich-rfield Reaper. 21. Six cases of ptomaine poisoning were caused in Ephraim Wednesday, Aug. 20th, by eating canned salmon. Four of the cases were members of H. J. Lindhardt's family and the other 'two were Mrs. Chris Jensen and her little son, about 2 years oi age, who ate dinner with the Lind-hardt Lind-hardt family Wednesday noon. The most serious cases were those of Mr. Lindhardt and the Jensen child, and at one time it was thought that the child could not recover, but accord ing to the latest reports all the pa-tienti pa-tienti were out of danger. Those who ate of the salmon and became ill were Mr. and Mrs. Lindhardt anc their two daughters, aged 8 and 15, and Mrs. Jensen and child. The on ly person who was present at the dinner and djd not become ill was ; danghter of Mr. Jensen, and her escape es-cape was due to the fact that she die not eat of the salmon.- Enterprise. |
