While All on Board Were Saved, Twenty Men Who Were Returning to Ship in Motor Boat Were Drowned. San Domingo. The United States armored cruiser Memphis was driven ashore on the rocks of the outer harbor har-bor on Tuesday by a great and sudden ground swell.
