Bills, who "IT. was drowned in the Jordan river W about two weeks ago, but his body 'M was not found until this week. W Arthur Stewart of Milburn left for rjja mission to New Zealand April 20th. A party was given in his honor before jjS his departure and a splendid social M time had. He is the son of Bishop fjd Wm. Stewart. ;V! Fairview is very proud of hep S Junior Girls' Chorus who won first place in the M. I. A. contest held at m Mount Pleasant. They sang in the M L. D. S. meeting last Sunday. They all will go to Manti next to compete vjj with other choruses. The Ladles' Literary Club met at SI the home of Mrs. Geneva Larsen ffi April 21st. An excellent paper on "Woman's Home Life" was given by V;j Miss Mary Sundwall. "The Life of Helen Kellar" was given by Mrs. An-jj An-jj nle Christensen. "Optimism" by Helton Hel-ton Kellar was given by Mrs. Lizzie M Anderson. Music by J. L. Larsen. Slfj Twelve ladies enjoyed the afternoon's ;.V' entertainment and dainty refresh-is? refresh-is? ments served. The fly question was jSjj discussed and it was decided to pay 10c a thousand for flies caught in the next two w eeks.
