THE TELEPHONE'S BROADER FIELD You know the telephone's mechanical ingenuity. But do you know the ingenuity of its every day uses. Ordinary uses of the telephone tele-phone are pretty well understood; under-stood; but there is an enormous enor-mous field of long distrance telephone service just outside out-side the ordinary, every day uses of the average family. Many families get twice, three times, five fold and even ten fold the real service from the telephone that t others do. They have no advantage over their neigh-t neigh-t bors, being subscribers to the same Bell service. But they are ingenious. They turn to the long distance telephone ; in emergencies. They employ em-ploy long distance to give increased in-creased convenience, to relieve re-lieve anxiety, to bind the ; family together in spite of i seperation, to promote social life, share happiness, express sympathy and enlarge their interests on every hand. To them the telephone is far more than a convenience for ordering groceries. These wider uses of the telephone are important. And, by the way, long distance dis-tance messages are not as expensive as you may think. Call "Long Distance" and inquire about rates. THE MOUNTAIN STATES TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY.
