Show Court Proceedings. In the case of the State vs. E. H. Morse, the defendant who escaped from the Hospital in Mt. Pleasant some time ago is being held at Poca-tello, Poca-tello, Idaho by theSheriff. A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest ar-rest and G. W. Lowry of Manti has been appointed by. the .Sheriff to bring him to Manti. He will arrive with in a few days if he proves to be the right man. In the case of the city of Ephraim vs. D. W. Anderson, the defendant appeared before the Court on the 29th for passing sentence. The judgement of the Court was that the defendant be imprisoned in the city jail at Ephraim for a period of 30 days and also pay a fine, of $200. After hearing the evidence, arguments, argu-ments, ets., in the case of L. H. Ericksen vs. The Dover Irrigation & Canal Co. the matter was taken under un-der advisement. Daniel Witbech was granted a final decree of divorce from Margia Petty Witbeck. Court adjourned until December 1st, 1913, at 2 o'clock p. m. |
