Show Mrs. Hans Poulsen was given a very pleasant surprise party at hei home Monday evening by member of her family in honor of her birthday birth-day about 30 guests were present. A splendid luncheon was served ai.d th? evening spent in general social conversation. A beautiful set of silver sil-ver knives and forks were piesented to Mrs. Poulsen by those present. The H. H. G. Club entertained cheir friends and ladies at a very unique wa'ch party Wednesday evening. eve-ning. A private dancing party was enjoyed from 9 to 11 at ihe Opera house after which an elaborate- banquet ban-quet was servi d at the Jensen house. Following the banquet, music and dancing were engaged in which w;:s followed by a very amusing session f Kangaroo court. The club members mem-bers deserve much credit" for the st lendid way in which they en'.er-tained en'.er-tained their friends. |
