Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City Utah, July 17, 1914 Notice is hereby given that Angus Lundberg, whose post office addres' is Mt. Pleasant, Utah, made applies tion in accordance with the require ments of the compiled laws of Utah 1907, as amended by the Sessio: Laws of Utah, 19 09 and 1911, to ap propiate eight (8) cubic-feet of w-ate: per second from Pleasant Creek, San pete County, Utah. Said water wa: o have been diverted at a point whicl bears South 2 2degrees 3 0 minutes West 1,268 feet distant of the South east corner of section 34, Townshii 11 souin, itange x nasi, -". " base and meridian, from where it war to have been conveyed by means o: a pipe line for a distance of 595.5 feet and there used from Jan.l t( December 31, inclusive, of each year to develop power for the purpose o electric lighting and propelling ma chinery at' Mount Pleasant, Utah After having been so diverted anc used, the water was to have been re turned to the natural channel of the stream, at a point which bears bouui 43 degrees 31 minutes West 1,61c feet distant from the Southeast cor ner of section 34, Township 14 South Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Said applicant now makes application in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of section 1288x2 4. Chapter Chap-ter 62, Session Laws of Utah, 1909. to divert the said water at a point which bears South 7 degrees 9 minutes, min-utes, West 1,236 feet distant of the Southeast corner of Section 34, Township Town-ship 14 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake base and meridian, and convey it by means of a pipe line for a distance of 1,118-6 feet and there used during the peno.I and for the :: m-e - J-tended.
