Show ! The Few Control the Money C. V. Hansen After much research to make sure his facts, Senator Geo. W. Norris, on Feb 22. 1933 exhibited in the United States Senate an eight foot square chart which he called "The Spider Spi-der Web of Wall Street." It was quite artistically drawn, through this system of the spider web, the various ramifications ramifica-tions and entanglemen's which the Money Powerof Wall Street has woven about the nation, and by which it controls its economic eco-nomic life and activities, and much of its political life; very much as the spider controls the helpless fly caught within the meshes ot its web. Thus we find a mere handfull of men behind mahogany desks in New York can dictate the entire buisneas and industrial policy of the nation, even thajt of the government. We are reaching a time when we can count on one hand the men who control the money and business, he said |
