Show Prenuptial Party Honors Miss Joann Nielson i Mrs. Nello Nielson on Friday evening entertained at an informal infor-mal prenuptial party, honoring her daughter Joann, who on Feb. 16, became the bride of Dallin Beck, son of Mr. and Mrs. Steven F. Beck of American Fork. The affair was held in the Second Sec-ond ward recreation hall, where ferns and daffodils enchanced the beautifully decorated hall. Mrs. George Nielson, an aunt of the honored young lady, was mistress of ceremonies. The program included piano numbers by Bill Keetch; humorous numbers Mrs. S. C. Jackson; song and pantomime numbers Arlene Golding of Provo; toast to the bride' elect, Mrs. Lyean Johnson; vocal numbers Jewel Warburton and Jerry Beverly; reading Mrs. Coral Adamson; a vocal solo Mrs. Laura Warburton accompanied by Mrs. Slater. Later friendly chat and refreshments refresh-ments were enjoyed, and everyone viewed the beautiful and timely gifts, which with all good -wishes were presented to the bride elect. The following morning the young couple drove to Elko, Nevada, Nev-ada, where nuptial vows were exchanged. The newlyweds have established their home in American Ameri-can Fork. |
